Material Specifications

The Complete Gutter Guard System is manufactured using the most up to date range of advanced polymers. It contains an extremely high UV stabilising additive that prevents the system from becoming brittle. The result being a product life expectancy of between 25 and 35 years.

Even in the harshest of Australian climatic conditions, the Complete Gutter Guard System remains unaffected by the elements.

Tile Roof Applications

The standard width of mesh used for fitting to a tiled roof is 500mm, although this can be adjusted to conform to your particular style of roof tile.

One edge of the Complete Gutter Guard System is attached to the bead (outer edge) of the gutter with a colorbond matched cover strip. This 10mm x 15mm colorbond trim is placed over the mesh edge and fastened to the gutter with Class 3 Australian standard self-drilling screws. The opposite edge of the mesh is then manipulated to conform to the profile of your roof tiles. Roofing & Guttering silicone is used to seal around hip tiles and gable ends.

Metal Roof Applications

The standard width of mesh used for fitting to a metal roof is 250mm, although this can be adjusted to conform to your particular roof profile. One edge of the Complete Gutter Guard System is attached to the bead (outer edge) of the gutter with a colorbond matched cover strip. This 10mm x 15mm colorbond trim is placed over the mesh edge and fastened to the gutter with Class 3 Australian standard self-drilling screws.

The opposite edge of the mesh is then manipulated to conform to the profile of your roof (eg. Custom Orb, Trimdek, Kliplok etc). It is then secured to the roof using the applicable style of colorbond fixing saddles.

Roof Valleys

Roof valleys (a gutter that separates an internal corner of a roof) are covered using mesh custom manufactured for each different roof profile.

The Complete Gutter Guard System is manipulated to conform to the roof profile and covers the entire valley gutter area.
