Complete Gutter Guard warrants that all Gutter Guard components are free from defect in manufacture.

All components must be handled and installed in strict accordance with Complete Gutter Guard written standards.

The warranty specifically covers the Complete Gutter Guard components only against defects at the time of manufacture,

and does not cover installation.

Complete Gutter Guard shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages from any cause whatsoever.

This warranty shall extend for a period of Fifteen (15) or Ten (10) years from the date the product was purchased.

The obligation of Complete Gutter Guard shall be limited to the refund of the purchase price of the product,

or to the replacement of that portion of the material, which is defective.
